SOSOFT-CONC (A Premium Macro Emulsion Softener based on Elastomeric Compounds)

Sailent Features :

SOSOFT-CONC is a concentrated version of SOSOFT.
SOSOFT-CONC can be easily diluted with water with little manual stirring to desired concentration.
The diluted product is referred hereinafter as SOSOFT
SOSOFT is a unique finishing agent for imparting a distinctly vibrant, elastic and superb surface feel.

Ionic Nature	Weakly Cationic
pH	5.5 + 1 : 1% solution

Silent Features

Can be used as a self finish or in conjunction with Non-Ionic and Cationic Products. To accomplish unique feel of SOSOFT it is advisable to use other finishing agents to the minimum.

SOSOFT imparts luxurious soft and distinct stretchy feel.
Enhances the fall and drape of the fabric.
Imparts luxurious feel to suitings, shirtings, dress materials and sarees made of natural or synthetic material.

Suitable for Padding application only.

It is not recommended for exhaust process in Jet m/c.

Serves as an excellent Post Biopolishing Softener.
Enhances Peach Finish & Suede effect.
Non Yellowing in Character.
Improves sewability of the Fabric.
Low dosage required as compared to conventional finishing agents like Micro Emulsions and other conventional softeners.

Compatibility

Stable to wide range of pH.
It is compatible with conventional finishing agents.

Recommended Usage

SOSOFT-CONC can be diluted 6 times to get SOSOFT.

The following recipes are based on SOSOFT/SOSOFT-PLUS & SOSOFT-CONC

20 to 60 g/l.of SOSOFT depending on the degree of softness required.
10 to 30g/l. of SOSOFT-PLUS depending on the degree of softness required.

5 to 10g/l.of SOSOFT-CONC depending on the degree of softness required.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place.
