IVAZYME ( Bacterial Enzyme For Desizing )

IVAZYME is a unique preparation of bacterial amylase and is designed and developed exclusively for textile desizing. IVAZYME is ideal for removal of starch, be it modified or unmodified, from Textile warp without any harmful effect on the textile warp.

IVAZYME is superior to good old fungal enzymes used for desizing of warp, in as much as IVAZYME is specially designed to be effective also at elevated temperatures, unlike the fungal enzymes.

IVAZYME is ideal for “hot desizing”. We offer alternative enzymes for “cold desizing”.

Application

Temperature Range	40 to 95⁰ C. Upto 105 oC for short exposure time.
Optimum Temperature	75 to 80⁰C
pH range	6.5 + 1
Optimum pH	6.7
Dosage	2 to 5gms. per kg.
Process time	1.5 to 2 hrs. depending upon the dosage and operating temperature.
