Application

ASCODET-CONC is an excellent wetting agent cum scouring agent. On account of its unique surface activity, ASCODET-CONC helps in removal of Mineral oils, waxes and soil from wool, P/W, P/V & P/C & cellulosics as well.

ASCODET-CONC is effective for both pretreatment and scouring application.

Owing to its judicious HCB Ratio ASCODET-CONC is extremely effective in penetrating and removal of most tenacious hydrophobic impurities like machine oil, greases etc.

It imparts absorbency and softness to the treated material.
Non foaming and is very easily removed from the treated material thus saves on water consumption.

Very effective for removal of synthetic sizes like high tensile Acrylic sizes and PVA’s.
Very suitable for soft flow machines also since it produces little foam even at high speed and there is no overflow of the liquor from the machine during operation.
It is suitable for use at high and low temperatures scouring applications.

By and large a concentration of 0.5 to 1g/l., of ASCODET-CONC can be effectively employed for the above stated processing operations.

However, for stain removal operations a dosage of 3 to 5% O.W.G. is recommended.

Storage Stability : Stable for one year in packed condition.
