APROSCOUR (A Scouring, Swelling, Wetting & a Versatile Surfactant)

Introduction : APROSCOUR is a Blend of Non-ionic & Pseudo Non-ionic speciality surfactants

Characteristics :

Effects & Action	APROSCOUR is an excellent, low foaming, wetting agent cum detergent with emulsifying action coupled in. This helps in removal of Mineral oils, Hydrophobic impurities and soil from 100% Polyester and its blends like P:V, P:C and cellulosics as well. It also helps in Roto yarn opening by virture of its swelling properties. Ideal for scouring operation before Weight Reduction/denier reduction
Salient Features	It imparts excellent softness and absorbency to the treated material. Low foaming and is very easily removed from the treated material thus saves on water consumption. Solvent free. AOX free. APEO free. Does not affect enzymatic desizing efficiency. Bio-degradable and eco-friendly. Wide range of pH stability. Suitable for continuous and discontinuous operations, as well. Ideal for scouring of top dyed goods. Very effective for removal of synthetic sizes like high tensile Acrylic sizes and PVA’s. Very suitable for soft flow machines also since it produces little foam even at high speed and there is no overflow of the liquor from the machine during operation. It is suitable for use at high and low temperatures scouring applications. By using APROSCOUR in Fibre Dyed scouring, it helps in giving softness and wetting before finishing. By using APROSCOUR in Piece Dyed scouring, it contributes to fabric softness and absorbency, thereby resulting in better penetration of dyestuff and minimizes the defects like Rope marks and Crease marks in Jet Dyeing operation.

Application

For Fibre Dyed Suiting on Jigger/Jet Dyeing/Soft-flow M/c’s :
CAUSTIC FLAKES : 1% O.W.F.

APROSCOUR : 0.5% O.W.F.

For Piece Dyed Suiting :
CAUSTIC FLAKES : 1.5% O.W.F.

APROSCOUR : 0. 75% O.W.F.

N.B.:
It is advisable not to use APROSCOUR with anionic surfactant. However, if must, a pre bulk trial is recommended

Storage/ Shelf Life
Stable for one year when stored in packed condition under shade
