AGNIGARD-PDFR : is a durable halogen free flame retardant for application to polyester fabrics by padding

When applied under recommended conditions AGNIGARD-PDFR will meet the requirements of BS5852 0 & 1; BS5651; BS597 0 & 1; BS5438; BS7177; EN533; NFPA701; NFP92-504.

	AGNIGARD-PDFR is a durable flame retardant for pad application to polyester fabric, when applied correctly AGNIGARD-PDFR will withstand up to 50 washes at 60ºC. Please ensure the polyester fabric is free from sizes, oils and other finishes prior to application. Recommended usage levels are : 60 – 200 g/l based on 100 % wet pick-up. Padding liquor should be adjusted to pH 6 with soda ash prior to application. AGNIGARD-PDFR will require drying at 100 - 140ºC followed by curing at 180°C for 1 – 2 minutes. We would recommend rinsing after treatment to remove any residual / unfixed flame retardant
Silent Features :	Effects on shade, fastness and performance vary with the fabric quality and construction. Fabrics should be assessed individually prior to production to ensure optimum results. This product is designed specifically for polyester. Application to polyester / cellulosic and other blended fabrics will affect performance, fixation and durability; any processing under these circumstances is at the users’ discretion.
Shelf Life :	Product is stable for up to 12 months if stored in closed containers at ambient temperatures. Protect from frost.

Storage Conditions : Product should be stored between 5 and 40°C. Protect from direct sunlight.
