AGNIGARD-MAX :(An highly concentrated durable flame retardant back coating. It is predominantly for upholstery fabrics of cellulosic, synthetic or blends)
Application : AGNIGARD-MAX is applied by knife over air, knife over roller or profile systems. This product imparts a soft handle finish.

Compatibility :
Compatible with large number of finishing agents, however, addition of any chemicals should be checked ‘in-house’.
Thermal Stability :
Product is stable upto 30oC, it is stable down to 0oC. Product may show slight sedimentation which will re-disperse.
Application : AGNIGARD-MAX is a back-coat application flame retardant. Recommended usage levels are between 15 to 40% dry o.w.g. depending upon the GSM and quality of substrate to be treated.
AGNIGARD-MAX will require a cure of between 130 to 170oC . AGNIGARD-MAX will meet the requirements of BS5852 Ignition sources 0 and 1 ( cigarette & match) after BS5651 cleansing and wetting procedures and F.R.Tests like:

Shelf Life :
Product is stable for upto 12 months minimum if stored in recommended conditions. Storage Conditions : Product should be stored between 10 and 25oC .
