AERONIL (Low-foaming padding auxiliary for continuous and semi-continuous dyeing processes; wetting and deaerating agent for dyeing from long liquors)
Physical Form :
Colourless Mobile Liquid.
Chemical Function :

Deaerating  Compound cum wetting agent.

Ionic Charge  :
Specific gravity
Non-ionic
1
pH 6 ± 2 :  1% soln.
Silent Feature AERONIL can be readily washed out and thus has no effect on subsequent waterproofing treatments.
Compatibility Good compatibility with anionic,  and cationic products
Stability Stable with Hard Water, Organic acid and alkalis.
Action :

As a low-foaming padding auxiliary in continuous dyeing and in the pad-jig process with cotton and polyester /cotton blend fabrics, AERONIL improves the penetration and levelness of the dyeing.

Owing to its low foam development and good wetting action, AERONIL ensures the rapid deaeration of wound packages dyed in long liquors and thus promotes penetration of the material by the dye liquor.

AERONIL is efficient for a wide range of temperature.

Application :

AERONIL is used as a padding auxiliary and wetting agent in long liquors with the following classes of dyes.

Vat dyes, indigo, reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse dyes and sulphur dyes.

AERONIL is dissolved in cold water and added to the treatment bath in the following amounts.

Pad-dyeing process       - 2.5 to 5g/l.  AERONIL
Dyeing in long liquors    - 1 to 2g/l. AERONIL
